The ATSICHS Family Wellbeing Services (FWS) program provides a coordinated and culturally safe support system for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families experiencing vulnerability. By offering a comprehensive mix of services tailored to family and community needs, we aim to build family capacity, strengthen community connections, and safeguard the wellbeing of children. At ATSICHS, through holistic case management, and collaboration with multiple service providers, FWS empowers families to navigate challenges, develop essential life skills, and access therapeutic support. The program also engages with families involved in the child protection system, working to address safety concerns, facilitate reunification and support positive outcomes for children and their families.
The Family Wellbeing Team Leader role is a front line-management role, part of the Community Services leadership team. As a Team Leader at ATSICHS, we believe in leading teams through showing and doing, not delegating and micro-managing. We utilise a coaching approach to management that supports staff to achieve excellence with clients through side-by-side in-field mentoring and coaching, growing staff practice skills, professionalism, stakeholder influencing and personal organisation. As a leadership team, and front-line Team Leader, we are focused on client impact above anything else. Client impact in a manager role means we utilise data in a safe and supportive way to identify team case management quality, engage clients across the service to ensure our follow-through and client satisfaction, and proactively harness client feedback to make improvements as a team.
Duties
- Diligent tracking of intake waitlist, ensuring contact with clients around expected service timeframe and awareness of referral. Develop referral pathways across sector through strong interagency partnerships to maintain annual service target of clients.

The role's primary objective is to prevent the non-medical admission of children and young people to the Women's and Children's Hospital and to provide psychosocial and crisis intervention to families presenting to/admitted to the WCH.
Key duties of the role- Contribute to the effective and professional functioning of the After-Hours Social Work Service
- Using high-level professional knowledge and skill to manage referrals, provide social work assessments, make interpretations of assessment findings, and formulate and implement social work intervention plans in collaboration with patients, carers and relevant other clinicians.
- Managing competing priorities and provides a high-level clinical response across multiple referrals as required.
- Using advanced self-organisation, communication and teamwork skills to complete clinical, administrative, representative, and quality improvement activities
- Facilitating the development of knowledge of effective practice by encouraging and supporting research.
- Appropriate Degree or equivalent qualification which gives eligibility for full membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a clinical leader within social work and specialist multidisciplinary teams.
- Substantial and recent experience in an area of social work clinical specialty to enable input at a senior clinician level.
- Experience in managing and coordinating complex and high clinical caseload with minimal professional supervision.
- Knowledge of the roles of allied health, medical and educational professionals working with children.

For many young people, a first experience of psychosis can feel confusing and overwhelming.

We're looking for a skilled, compassionate clinician to join our Early Psychosis team, working within the Australian Early Psychosis Program (AEPP) model of care. This is a rare opportunity to provide wrap around, evidence based, long term support, not just short term crisis responses.
In this role, you'll:
- Deliver youth friendly, recovery focused assessment and therapeutic interventions for young people experiencing symptoms of psychosis
- Support clients from initial presentation through to ongoing engagement and recovery
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and collaborative safety planning
- Work closely with families, carers and external services using a "no wrong door" approach
- Practice within a strength based, trauma informed and culturally safe framework, including working alongside young Aboriginal people and their families
- Contribute to group programs, community education and service development
To be successful you will:
- An approved tertiary qualification in a relevant health discipline (e.g. Social Work, Psychology, OT, Mental Health Nursing)
- Current registration with AHPRA or professional membership (e.g. AASW)
- Experience delivering mental health interventions with young people
- Confidence in risk assessment, safety planning and collaborative care
- Ability to work respectfully and collaboratively with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander young people, their families, communities, staff, and Aboriginal controlled organisations

The RoleAn exciting opportunity exists for a motivated early childhood professional to lead the development and implementation of a child and family support framework for Open Support Domestic & Family Violence Service. Your knowledge and experience in working with children and families who have experienced trauma will help to guide service delivery and drive the provision of high-quality, child centred, trauma informed, support. - Certificate IV in Training & Assessment or at least five years' training experience in a similar role.
- At least three years' demonstrated experience designing and delivering accredited and non-accredited training and group programs.
- Demonstrated experience facilitating programs across areas such as domestic violence, suicide prevention, mental health or child safety.
- Current unrestricted Driver's Licence and ability to meet required probity checks, including Working with Children Check and National Police Check.
- Experience delivering men's behaviour change programs.
- Experience designing psychoeducational or therapeutic group programs.
- Experience working with stakeholders across schools, government, community services or business environments.

The Wound Nurse position plays an integral role in the Chronic Wound Clinic within Outpatient Rehabilitation Services. The main component of this position includes specialist interdisciplinary assessment, diagnosis, management and support to clients with chronic, complex, recurring or non-healing wounds or at high risk of developing such. The role may also involve health promotion activities such as community and inter-professional education. The position will involve collaboration with key stakeholders, and will also include provision of contract services (NDIS/WC/TAC).
The successful applicant will be expected to work a range of shifts rostered between 8am and 5.30pm. OPRS delivers services from the Clinical service and the Stewart Cowen site at Eaglehawk. Staff may be rostered across both sites.

Your New DivisionThe Community and Continuing Care Division provides a broad range of high-quality, person-centred care programs and services to consumers in inpatient, outpatient, and community settings. Each service within the division is designed to ensure holistic care and improve the overall well-being of our patients and communities.
The Community Services team is dedicated to enhancing the health and wellbeing outcomes of the communities in the Loddon Mallee with six regional offices. This team includes: Aged Care Assessment undertaken on behalf of My Aged Care; Community Allied Health; Community Care; Carer Support and Community Nursing & Home Care.
The Continuing Care team delivers high-quality services across the Loddon Mallee region including: Dental Care; Chronic Disease Management; Outpatient Rehabilitation; Support for People Transitioning Home; Diabetes Management and Geriatric Management and Assessment.
The Allied Health team provides comprehensive, high-quality care across the continuum, including expert services in: audiology, dietetics, exercise physiology, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, podiatry, psychology, social work, speech pathology and allied health assistants who work with these disciplines.
The Geriatric Medicine Team includes Geriatricians, Rehabilitation physicians, Palliative care physicians, registrars and junior medial staff. The Team work across inpatients, outpatients and home settings.
The Clinical Support Services team includes Medical Imaging incorporating BreastScreen, Pharmacy and Pathology.
In addition, the Community and Continuing Care Division holds the professional portfolio of Chief Allied Health Officer. The Chief Allied Health Officer and allied health discipline managers provide professional governance for all allied health across Bendigo Health.
