Plena Healthcare is seeking a Physiotherapist to join our Residential Aged Care team in Victoria. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalised, evidence-based therapy programs, focusing on mobility and functional improvements, care plan reviews, one-to-one interventions, and group-based active ageing services. We support clinicians across RAC and community settings, encouraging early career clinicians through to experienced allied health professionals.
