Rehab Management in Hobart, TAS, is seeking a Rehabilitation Consultant (Occupational Therapist) to support injured workers on their recovery journey and drive safe return-to-work outcomes. The role involves collaborating with healthcare professionals, employers, and insurers, delivering assessments, and writing clinical reports.

We offer hybrid working arrangements, relocation support, extra leave, and generous incentives up to 20% of base salary plus a $1,000 annual development allowance.

• Collaborate and work closely with treatment providers (including Doctors, Specialists, and Allied Health Professionals to ensure the best recovery outcomes for your clients
• Providing clinical opinions and justification through report writing
• Attend a variety of workplaces on a weekly basis, and learn the physical demands and responsibilities of a number of job roles to support a safe and timely return to work or maintenance at work
• Educating workplaces on how to manage and prevent workplace injuries
• Collaborate and build relationships with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers and other key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients
