Qualifications:

• A relevant degree in psychology, social work, or a related field.
• Postgraduate qualifications in psychotherapy or behaviour support are highly desirable.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the health and safety sector.
• Demonstrated knowledge of behaviour management strategies and therapeutic techniques.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and their families.
• Proficiency in assessment and evaluation methods.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
