• With a long term loyal patients, coupled with a recent relocation to a newly renovated site this growing practice is seeking an additional GP to pick up the patient flow.
• A strong management team would be available to support you, with flexible no lock in contracts offered
• You will join a team of 4 Gps
• You will have access to full time Nurse support
• Aged care visits is also optional to those you would be keen
• Fully equipped treatment room
• Weekend work would be highly appreciated on roter basis but not compulsory
• The GP would be able to have their own consulting room - fully equipped.

As a Consultant Psychiatrist within the Adult Mental Health Service, you will provide expert clinical leadership and specialist psychiatric care across a range of community and inpatient settings. Opportunities are available within Adult Community Mental Health Teams as well as Holiday Relief positions, offering variety and exposure to a broad range of clinical services.

• Deliver specialist psychiatric assessment, diagnosis and treatment for adult patients.
• Provide clinical leadership within a multidisciplinary team.
• Support recovery-oriented and patient-centred models of care.
• Participate in teaching, supervision and mentoring of junior medical staff and trainees.

About the Candidate

• Fellowship of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (RANZCP), or equivalent specialist qualifications recognised by the College.
• Specialist registration, or eligibility for specialist registration, with the Medical Board of Australia (AHPRA).
• Experience or a strong interest in Adult Psychiatry.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
