Position Details

Palm Lake Care Toowoomba is seeking compassionate and skilled nurses to join our team on a permanent Part Time basis. You can work from just a few shifts a week, up to 5 shifts a week and have work-life balance.

Weekend shifts available with penalty rates.

Responsibilities

As aRegistered Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality clinical care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and supervisingEnrolled Nurses and Personal Care Assistantswithin your wing
• Assessing, planning, and implementingindividualised care plans
• Managing medications andwound care in line with best practices
• Ensuring compliance withAged Care Quality Standards and infection control guidelines
• Collaborating with allied health professionals and families to ensureholistic care
• Supporting continuous improvement and quality assurance programs

What We're Looking For:

To thrive in this role, you will need:

• Current AHPRA registrationas a Registered Nurse
• Bachelor of Nursingcompleted qualification
• Acurrent National Police Check
• Strong clinical assessment and problem-solving skills
• A commitment to providingcompassionate and person-centered care
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
