The successful candidates will work in a multidisciplinary team setting to provide the clinical leadership and vision needed to develop a strong recovery-oriented practice in the care of older adults living with mental illness, including behavioural and psychological symptoms of dementia. Patients are referred from a variety of sources including the OAMHWS triage service, medical and surgical wards, residential care services, and emergency departments.
