About the role

You will bring:

Significant experience in workforce scheduling, rostering or workforce planning within a large and complex organisationPrevious experience leading and developing a scheduling or workforce teamStrong knowledge of workforce KPIs, roster performance and payroll-related processesExperience working within award or enterprise agreement environmentsAdvanced Excel and workforce-data analysis capabilityExperience using UKG, Emprevo, Workday or comparable workforce-management technologyStrong reporting, analytical and problem-solving skillsDemonstrated ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholdersA practical approach to continuous improvement and changeA tertiary qualification in human resources, business, workforce management or a related discipline is desirable but not essential.
