The mental health service based out of Geraldton is recruiting Consultant Psychiatrists to join its expanding mental health service in Western Australia. This is a great chance to be part of a brand-new inpatient unit from day one whilst influencing care across both inpatient and community settings, all whilst enjoying a quality of life and work-life balance you won't get in an Aussie major metro centre. Here the salary is the same in Perth but housing is 50% cheaper.

The service covers both inpatient and community settings, delivering specialist adult psychiatric care within a well-resourced, collaborative MDT. The team already includes a Director of Clinical Services, seven Consultant Psychiatrists, seven Registrars and RMOs, and two interns. You'll be joining a well-established clinical environment with brand new infrastructure supporting it.

• The community care unit (TCCU) has 24 beds forextended care and rehab. It has abrain injury unit (ABIU) with 6 beds. There isan additional rehab unit in a different location. It is residential with a community access and re-integration focus. There are 27 extended care and rehab beds.
