What you'll be doingThe position of the Clinical Specialist Research Dietitian participates in all activities required to provide an effective clinical nutrition service for Royal North Shore Hospital (RNSH) and as this relates to the allocated clinical speciality. In addition, this position is responsible for guiding quality assurance, development of better practice and clinical research with the department and is actively involved in teaching staff and students in their field of expertise. About the role

As a Consultant Psychiatrist, you will provide clinical leadership and high-quality psychiatric care within a multidisciplinary team environment. The role includes participation in the on-call and recall roster, ensuring the provision of expert clinical leadership and psychiatric support after hours.
Working in partnership with the Clinical Director, and where applicable the Lead Consultant and Service Manager, you will contribute to the strategic, clinical, operational and service development priorities of the program. The role also offers opportunities to contribute to service planning, quality improvement, education, research and service evaluation initiatives.

About you
To be successful in this role you will possess:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Medical Practitioner with specialist registration in Psychiatry

About the roleAs Patient Services Manager, you will provide state-wide leadership across multiple City Fertility clinics, ensuring a consistently exceptional patient experience while driving operational excellence across Patient Services teams.
Leading Patient Services Team Leaders, you will set service standards, build team capability, oversee workforce planning, recruitment, budgeting and billing governance, and partner closely with clinical, nursing and scientific leaders to support patients through every stage of their fertility journey.
This is an influential leadership role that combines strategic oversight with a strong operational presence. While you will be responsible for driving consistency and performance across clinics, you will also remain connected to the day-to-day operation, supporting teams during periods of leave or increased demand, assisting with complex patient matters and leading by example in delivering exceptional service.
Working collaboratively with operational and clinical leaders, you will help shape the future of patient services, drive continuous process improvement and create positive experiences for both patients and employees.
What you will doAs the Patient Services Manager, you will:
- Lead and develop Patient Services Team Leaders across multiple clinics, building capability, driving performance and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and exceptional patient care.
- Establish and embed consistent patient service standards, operating procedures and best practices across the state, monitoring performance and implementing improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and service delivery.
- Own workforce planning, recruitment and talent management for Patient Services teams, including approving staffing models, supporting succession planning and partnering with People & Culture on retention and engagement strategies.
- Manage state labour and non-labour budgets, analyse performance data, oversee billing governance and audit controls, and implement corrective actions to achieve financial and operational targets.
- Oversee complex rostering and resource allocation across clinics to ensure appropriate coverage, operational efficiency and continuity of patient care.
- Maintain a visible leadership presence within clinics, supporting Team Leaders and leading service recovery for escalated or complex patient matters.
- Partner closely with nursing, scientific and operational leaders to optimise patient flow, clinic capacity, treatment readiness and overall patient experience.
- Ensure compliance with privacy, accreditation, quality and regulatory requirements, including the delivery of audit programs, KPI reporting and risk management initiatives.
- Lead change management and continuous improvement projects that simplify processes, strengthen patient communication and improve operational outcomes.
- Represent Patient Services in state forums, communicate organisational priorities effectively and contribute to strategic planning and service excellence initiatives.
- Minimum 5 years' healthcare leadership experience with multi-site responsibility, and a proven ability to lead through leaders, develop high-performing teams and deliver consistent operational outcomes.
- Strong capability in budgeting, workforce planning, recruitment and change management , with a commercial mindset and a demonstrated ability to balance people, service and financial outcomes.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills , with the credibility to build trusted partnerships and influence outcomes across clinical, scientific, operational and corporate teams.
- Demonstrated success in billing governance, audit controls, compliance, risk management and continuous improvement , with the ability to use data and insights to strengthen patient experience and operational performance.
- Knowledge of the fertility, specialist healthcare or private hospital sector , including Medicare requirements, patient administration processes and, ideally, IVF terminology, donor and surrogacy program protocols, together with an understanding of regulatory, compliance and quality standards.

The Nurse Practitioner Emergency Services is a Registered Nurse authorised to function autonomously and collaboratively in an advanced and extended clinical role within Emergency Departments (EDs) of the Illawarra Shoalhaven Local Health District.
The Nurse Practitioner (NP) role includes focused assessment and management of patients using advanced knowledge and skills which may include but not limited to, ordering diagnostics investigations, prescribing medications and direct referral of patients to other health professionals.
The NP role is grounded in the nursing professions values, knowledge, theories and practice and provides innovative and flexible health care that complements other health providers. The scope of practice of the NP is determined by the context within which the NP is authorised to practice.The NP provides leadership that facilitated the ongoing development of clinical practice utilizing research in provision and development of education programs, clinical services planning and development of clinical practice standards.
The NP is regarded as the senior nursing clinician and resource person for the Emergency Department and works closely with the Nurse Manager, Nurse Unit Managers, Nurse Educator and Director of the Emergency Department in relation to provision of a high standard of care for patients.
The NP manages and cares for patients, utilising a model of care that is appropriate, timely and of high quality which is governed by the guidelines developed.

This is a new role to establish and pilot the Paediatric ADHD Primary Care Transition Pathway in Illawarra Shoalhaven Local Health District (ISLHD). You will provide expert clinical leadership, consultation and advice to Paediatricians, GPs, and other health services as well as guidance for families to support children and young people with ADHD The service aims to improve equitable, integrated and timely access to developmentally appropriate ADHD care by strengthening collaboration between ISLHD Paediatricians and General Practitioners in the assessment, diagnosis, treatment initiation and ongoing management of children and young people with ADHD and comorbid conditions.
The position is district-based and will based across three main sites - Wollongong Hospital Paediatrics, Shoalhaven Paediatric Outpatient Clinic and Kids Hub Illawarra.
From Helensburgh in the north to North Durras in the south, ISLHD covers an area of 5,687 square kms. That's 5,687 square kms of beautiful beaches, coastal cycling tracks, lush rainforests, incredible bushwalks and friendly people. The region is also host to many annual food, wine and arts festivals and events.
ISLHD operates seven hospital sites, employ over 8,500 staff and provide community health services across 58 locations. Commute times are short, childcare and schooling options are plentiful, and Sydney and Canberra are close by.
