RSL LifeCare Limited is seeking a Facility Manager to lead a 63-bed Narrabeen home, driving high-quality, person-centred care and strong governance. You will oversee clinical outcomes, accreditation readiness and resident safety with a focus on staff development and service excellence.

About the role:

The Facility Manager is a key leadership position responsible for all aspects of operational, clinical and team performance at our 63-bed facility at Kokoda House, Narrabeen, NSW.

We are seeking an experienced Development Project Manager to join our Property team. This pivotal role is responsible for the successful planning, design, procurement, and delivery of development projects across our Residential Care and Retirement Living portfolio. Key responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of development projects, from feasibility, approvals, and procurement through to construction and handover.
• Develop and implement project strategies that achieve agreed outcomes for time, cost, quality, safety, risk, and customer experience.
• Prepare business cases, feasibility assessments, approval papers, and governance submissions to support project decision-making.
• Manage project budgets, forecasting, cash flow, commercial performance, and development returns.
• Drive design excellence and ensure projects align with operational requirements, customer needs, sustainability goals, and organisational standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, residents, community representatives, councils, consultants, and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, WHS requirements, organisational policies, and development standards.

About You

• Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Property, Construction, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years' experience delivering complex property development or construction projects.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, procurement, and contract management.
• Experience managing consultants, contractors, and multiple stakeholders across project lifecycles.
• Sound knowledge of development, construction, governance, risk management, and WHS requirements.

The Head of Clinical Education & Professional Development leads the strategy, design and delivery of clinical education, workforce capability and professional development programs across residential care, home care and community services.

This role plays a critical part in strengthening clinical capability, leadership and professional practice, ensuring our people have the knowledge, skills and support needed to deliver safe, effective and person-centred care. The role also leads the development of a thriving Clinical Community of Practice, promoting collaboration, shared learning and evidence-based practice across the organisation.

• Lead the clinical education and professional development strategy across the organisation.
• Build workforce capability through education, competency, supervision and professional development programs.
• Establish and maintain a high-performing Clinical Community of Practice.
• Drive learning from incidents, investigations and reviews to strengthen practice and improve care outcomes.
• Use data and workforce insights to identify learning needs and capability priorities.
• Support clinical governance, regulatory compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coach, mentor and influence leaders and clinicians across services and regions.

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Nursing, Allied Health, Education, Health Management or a related field.
• Current AHPRA registration (where applicable).
• Significant leadership experience in clinical education, workforce capability, clinical governance or quality within aged care.
• Strong understanding of the Aged Care Act 2024, Aged Care Quality Standards and clinical governance requirements.
• Experience designing and delivering education, competency and professional development programs at scale.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform capability planning and improvement.
• Proven ability to lead teams and influence practice across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
