About the Opportunity
As aNoah's Ark Professional (Key Worker),you'll work closely with children and families to deliver evidence-informedearly childhood intervention that creates meaningful outcomes. This role is a permanent position based in Echuca and will require travel in the surroundingregion.

- Support children and families in key areas including speech and language development, Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC), social communication, and mealtime participation, helping children build confidence, independence, and connection.
- Deliver services in homes, early learning settings, schools, and community environments.
- Partner with families to embed strategies into daily routines and activities.
- Develop practical, individualised approaches that build children's skills and family capability.
- Collaborate within a highly supportive multidisciplinary team of allied health professionals.
