SESLHD's Sexual Health and Blood Borne VirusServices (SHBBV) provides leadership,innovation and research in the sector. Services within SHBBV are involved in the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of Sexually TransmissibleInfections (STIs) and blood borne viruses at an individual and population level within SESLHD, as well as four statewide services. The Albion Centre is one of three facilities within the Sexual Health clinical services which also includes Sydney Sexual Health Centre and Short Street.
These services provide free testing, treatment and management to people effected be HIV, sexually transmitted infections, viral hepatitis as well as Transgender and gender diverse care. A key focus of the position is to provide a range of specialist services including HIV management, sexual health assessment, screening and treatment, pre and post exposure prophylaxis, vaccination, health promotion, and care to Transgender and gender diverse clients.
The role is primarily based at the Albion Centre. The role will work in collaboration with local interdisciplinary teams to ensure a streamlined approach to client centred delivery of care across the three Sexual Health facilities. Cross facility support and travel may be required where necessary.

The RoleWe're currently looking for a Clinical Nurse Educator to provide for the coordination, delivery and evaluation of clinical nurse education (including programs) at the Health Centre. Such education may include local/site orientation and/or transitioning for new nursing staff, undergraduate and casual nurses as well as meeting the ongoing educational needs of existing nursing staff. The focus of the role will be the improvement and development of the clinical skills and competencies of the staff working in the areas of responsibility.

SESLHD's Sexual Health and Blood Borne VirusServices (SHBBV) provides leadership,innovation and research in the sector. Services within SHBBV are involved in the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of Sexually TransmissibleInfections (STIs) and blood borne viruses at an individual and population level within SESLHD, as well as four statewide services. The Albion Centre is one of three facilities within the Sexual Health clinical services which also includes Sydney Sexual Health Centre and Short Street.
These services provide free testing, treatment and management to people effected be HIV, sexually transmitted infections, viral hepatitis as well as Transgender and gender diverse care. A key focus of the position is to provide a range of specialist services including HIV management, sexual health assessment, screening and treatment, pre and post exposure prophylaxis, vaccination, health promotion, and care to Transgender and gender diverse clients.
The role is primarily based at the Albion Centre. The role will work in collaboration with local interdisciplinary teams to ensure a streamlined approach to client centred delivery of care across the three Sexual Health facilities. Cross facility support and travel may be required where necessary.

Central Coast is comprised of the twin areas of Gosford and Wyong, positioned between Sydney and Newcastle, which are collectively expected to grow from the current approximate 300,000 to 450,000 population before 2030. The Local Health District has strong connections with both Royal North Shore Hospital and the University of Newcastle.
This position has obligations to both Gosford Hospital under Sessional arrangements and Wyong Hospital under Fee for Service arrangements. Salary and conditions are in accordance with the Visiting Medical Officer Determination.
This role is to provide firstly a clinical management and consultation service to patients with conditions applicable to the sub-specialty of Interventional Cardiology and participate in an appropriate on- call roster for Central Coast Local Health District at the two acute care sites in Gosford and Wyong Hospitals, secondly to provide education, supervision and support to junior medical staff, and thirdly to engage in ongoing quality assurance activities both at the Departmental and District Level and additionally as directed by the Director of Medical Services and the Director of Clinical Governance. As an Interventional Cardiologist, the Candidate is required to be credentialed according to the CSANZ competence criteria for percutaneous coronary interventions. Completing at least one year of fellowship program in Interventional Cardiology is essential. A strong commitment for 24/7 primary PCI service is essential.

What You'll Be DoingThe NSW Newborn Screening (NBS) Programme, situated in The Children's Hospital at Westmead, includes the State Reference Laboratory which screens all newborns in NSW and the ACT for the detection of over 30 inborn errors of metabolism. The Department also provides an advisory service for the further investigation, monitoring and management of patients detected with a disorder by the screening tests, as well as specialised services to interstate and overseas reference laboratories.
The PSO for NBS will be responsible for the quality and performance of all aspects of the NBS laboratory and will be the scientific representative of the laboratory at state, national and international levels. They should have a thorough knowledge of the scientific aspects of newborn screening and be abreast of technology changes in order to be able to bring innovation into the laboratory.
They will be expected to drive the development of services to meet the needs of the customer and to manage and implement change in accordance with quality principles.
The Principal Scientist will work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary health care team and consumers of the Sydney Children's Hospital Network to effectively deliver services.

We seek an innovative and person-oriented Staff Specialist Psychiatrist to join the Adult Community Team at the Prince of Wales Hospital (POWH), Randwick, as part of the ESMHS.
This is an exciting opportunity to provide specialist psychiatric care, oversight and leadership within a dedicated, multidisciplinary team to deliver care to people living with serious mental health challenges.
About The RoleYou will be a senior medical member of the Adult Community Mental Health Service (ACMHS), a multidisciplinary team based service that includes specialist mental health nurses (including a GP liaison CNC), psychologists, allied health clinicians, and peer support workers. You will be working in a service alongside other senior medical officers, and psychiatry trainees. The goals of the ACMHS is to deliver consumer-focused, contemporary and meaningful care that meets the needs of consumers across several phases of care. Our ability to provide care coordination to consumers with
varied needs is supported by the many specialist facets of our service.
Our team based model is founded on the principles of collaborative and shared decision making between the senior medical member, clinical manager and team clinicians. Our teams are headed by a clinical manager, who works closely with the psychiatrist and clinicians to co-ordinates the multidisciplinary team activities. The ESMHS has 5 teams across two sites, and your position will be to provide leadership and clinical care in one of these teams. You are encouraged to work with your clinical manager and team to develop your own ways of working.
Our Adult Community teams are also supported by close linkages with other teams and NGOs. Consumers can engage with secondary support teams such as the Keeping Body in Mind (KBIM) teams, complex physical health clinicians, rehabilitation clinicians, and Pathways to Community Living (PCLI) initiatives.
Your Clinical Duties Will Encompass- Providing leadership, expert psychiatric evaluation, care and treatment planning in the Adult Community Mental Health Service.
- There is also opportunity to contribute to our ECT service and develop skills in this area.
- Actively participating in multidisciplinary team discussions in clinical review meetings.

Just over half of the time will be spent in rural NSW, with the remainder of the time linked with the General Paediatric Department of the successful applicant's choice of one of the Children's Hospitals in NSW.

What You'll Be Doing
To deliver contemporary, comprehensive Specialist General Medicine services at Wagga Wagga Base Hospital and, where required, across associated facilities to ensure optimal patient outcomes and support a healthier community through high-quality care.
The role provides strong clinical leadership, actively contributes to quality improvement initiatives, and delivers training and education to clinicians across multiple disciplines, promoting safe clinical practice and a high-quality learning environment.
As The VMO In General Medicine, You Will
- Deliver contemporary, comprehensive inpatient and consultative General Medicine services
- Provide strong clinical leadership within the department and across multidisciplinary teams
- Supervise, mentor and educate junior medical staff and trainees
- Contribute to safe, patient-centred care and high-quality clinical decision-making
- Participate in quality improvement, audit, risk management and clinical governance activities

About the Role
Drug Health Services (DHS) aim to reduce the harms associated with substance use for individuals, families and communities and to prevent drug misuse. Our Mission is to deliver evidence based and patient centred care in collaboration with other health and non-health partners to improve the health outcomes of individuals, their families and broader community. Services are provided at Canterbury, Concord Repatriation General and Royal Prince Alfred Hospitals and at Canterbury, Marrickville and Redfern Health Centres. Selected programs offer services in community and via approved outreach arrangements.
The Programs and Community Engagement Manager assists Drug Health Services Executive team to meet targets relating to community and staff engagement strategies, health promotion and management of contentious issues related to Drug Health across Sydney Local Health District. The position is also responsible for the management of the statewide Drug and Alcohol Health Services Library.
A key role of the position is to develop and lead a community strategy to address drug and alcohol harms and public amenity issues, and to develop and lead a staff engagement strategy to promote and support workplace culture. The position is a key support for the DHS Executive, and responsible for overseeing projects and tasks accurately and within prescribed timeframes to support the DHS Executive and service teams. The position is responsible to manage two project officers and two library staff.
- Experience in leading complex projects and managing a portfolio of initiatives with high level competing priorities, ensuring outcomes are achieved within scope, time and budget.
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications and digital information systems for data analysis and reporting.
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver quality outcomes within prescribed timeframes.

What you'll be doingTo co-ordinate and lead the provision of all pharmacy dispensary activities for consumers of the Northern Beaches Hospital, including inpatients and outpatients. This role will work closely with all sections of the pharmacy department to ensure an efficient and timely supply process and a knowledgeable and consistent level of service.
