As System and Service Improvement General Manager - MATSICHS, your role is to provide strategic leadership to strengthen the quality, effectiveness, accessibility and sustainability of services across the organisation. Working within MATSICHS, the role will lead a system and service improvement agenda that places community voice, self-determination, cultural safety, clinical quality and service effectiveness at the centre of system design and decision making.

• Identify opportunities to improve the way services are designed, connected and delivered, working collaboratively with community, clinical teams, operational leaders and external partners to translate evidence, data and lived experience into practical and sustainable improvements.
