Imaging Associates is seeking an experienced Radiologist to become Clinical Director of our Carlton Clinic - a distinctive clinical leadership and ownership opportunity within our doctor-led network.

Our partnership with the Carlton Football Club creates regular opportunities to support the imaging needs of elite athletes, including AFL and AFLW players. You'll work within a high-performance sporting environment, encounter complex MSK and sports medicine cases, and collaborate with a strong network of leading referrers.

As Clinical Director, you will provide clinical leadership and help shape the ongoing success of the Carlton Clinic. You will:

• Lead the delivery of high-quality, patient-centred radiology services
• Provide clinical direction to the radiology and medical imaging teams
• Maintain strong, trusted relationships with referring clinicians
• Help optimise clinical workflows, service delivery and patient outcomes
• Champion quality, safety, timely reporting and clinical governance
• Support education, professional engagement and clinic growth
• Foster a collaborative, respectful and high-performing team culture
• Work alongside Imaging Associates' Clinical Directors, operational leaders and executive team
• Participate in-and potentially take a leadership role within-our MSK fellowship program, helping develop the next generation of MSK radiologists

You will be an accomplished Radiologist who combines clinical expertise with credible, people-centred leadership.

You will bring:

• Fellowship of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Radiologists (FRANZCR)
• Current AHPRA specialist registration in radiology
• Significant post-fellowship experience in a complex or high-volume clinical environment
• Strong MSK expertise or relevant subspecialty fellowship training
• Demonstrated clinical leadership experience
• A sound understanding of clinical governance, radiation safety and RANZCR standards
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with referrers, colleagues and operational teams
• A collaborative, accountable and improvement-focused approach
• An interest in teaching, mentoring and developing future MSK radiologists
