We are seeking a driven and clinically focused Product Specialist - Critical Care to join our high-performing team. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for promoting and supporting a portfolio of critical care consumables across hospitals and healthcare networks.

You will work closely with clinicians, procurement teams, and key stakeholders to deliver product expertise, drive adoption, and improve patient outcomes in demanding care environments such as ICU, ED, and operating theatres.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with ICU clinicians, nurses, and hospital decision-makers
• Provide product education, demonstrations, and in-service training
• Support product evaluations and trials within healthcare facilities

Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, clinical, and operations) to execute business strategies

• Proven experience in medical device or healthcare sales (critical care experience highly regarded)
• Strong clinical knowledge or background in ICU, anaesthetics, or emergency care
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Commercially savvy with a results-driven mindset
• Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team environment
• Relevant tertiary qualification (science, nursing, or healthcare-related field preferred)
