We're seeking an experienced and relationship focused clinical leader to oversee our Oncology Services at Burnside Hospital, located at our Toorak Gardens site. This full time or negotiated part time (0.8+ FTE) role is central to delivering safe, contemporary and patient centred oncology care within the Brian Fricker Oncology Centre. Reporting to the Associate Director Inpatient Services & Corporate Nursing, you'll lead a dedicated multidisciplinary team and provide hands on oversight of chemotherapy services, high risk medication management, clinical governance, patient flow and service coordination. Recent senior oncology nursing experience, including demonstrated capability in chemotherapy services, skill mix management, patient acuity assessment and patient flow coordination, is essential for success in this role.
