As a Registered Nurse - Home Care, you will promote and deliver a holistic, client-centered approach to care, focusing on client needs and rights in line with Consumer Directed Care principles. You will contribute to assessments, prevention, early detection, referrals, and health promotion activities, providing quality care that aligns with current nursing care plans.
