Carinity Laidley is seeking casual Registered Nurses to support our residential aged care team. You will work both independently and with the multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centred, high-quality clinical care to residents.

You will mentor Personal Carers and Enrolled Nurses, review and update care plans with the team, manage medications, ensure compliance with aged care standards, and foster a safe, inclusive environment while building relationships with residents and families.

About the opportunity:We are looking forenthusiastic and compassionate casual Registered Nurses to becomepart of our dedicated. In this rewarding role, you will work bothindependently and collaboratively, supporting and mentoring nursingstaff and Personal Carers.

As a key clinical leader in our Residential Aged Care team, youwill deliver holistic care that meets the preventative, palliative,and rehabilitative needs of our residents - helping them live withdignity and comfort.

Your day-to-day will involve:

• Delivering person-centred care providing high-qualityclinical care to residents
• Supporting and mentoring Personal Carers and EnrolledNurses
• Ensuring care plans are regularly reviewed and updated withcollaboration with the multidisciplinary team
• Managing medications and supplies in line with legalrequirements
• Ensuring compliance with aged care standards andpolicies
• Promoting a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment forresidents and staff
• Build effective relationships with residents, families, andexternal stakeholders

About you:

• Minimum two years recent experience as RN
• Current registration as a Registered Nurse with Ahpra
• Demonstrated clinical skills and recent experiences workingwithin Aged Care
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and communicateeffectively
