About the Role

Drug Health Services (DHS) aim to reduce the harms associated with substance use for individuals, families and communities and to prevent drug misuse. Our Mission is to deliver evidence based and patient centred care in collaboration with other health and non-health partners to improve the health outcomes of individuals, their families and broader community. Services are provided at Canterbury, Concord Repatriation General and Royal Prince Alfred Hospitals and at Canterbury, Marrickville and Redfern Health Centres. Selected programs offer services in community and via approved outreach arrangements.

The Programs and Community Engagement Manager assists Drug Health Services Executive team to meet targets relating to community and staff engagement strategies, health promotion and management of contentious issues related to Drug Health across Sydney Local Health District. The position is also responsible for the management of the statewide Drug and Alcohol Health Services Library.

A key role of the position is to develop and lead a community strategy to address drug and alcohol harms and public amenity issues, and to develop and lead a staff engagement strategy to promote and support workplace culture. The position is a key support for the DHS Executive, and responsible for overseeing projects and tasks accurately and within prescribed timeframes to support the DHS Executive and service teams. The position is responsible to manage two project officers and two library staff.

• Experience in leading complex projects and managing a portfolio of initiatives with high level competing priorities, ensuring outcomes are achieved within scope, time and budget.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications and digital information systems for data analysis and reporting.
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver quality outcomes within prescribed timeframes.
• Proven skills and ability in personnel management and managing effective teams.
• Ability to work on a 5 day roster (Monday - Friday).
• Current NSW Drivers Licence (P1 and P2 acceptable).

Following the recent acquisition of another Phase 2 asset, Dimerix are seeking a Project Manager, Drug Development to drive the planning, coordination, tracking, and reporting of cross-functional and external activities across its drug development programs. Reporting to the Strategic Alliance Director, this role is central to managing multiple concurrent programs and supporting resource allocation across the business:

• Create and maintain integrated project plans, timelines, and budgets for drug development programs.

About The Role

You will be a senior medical member of the Adult Community Mental Health Service (ACMHS), a multidisciplinary team based service that includes specialist mental health nurses (including a GP liaison CNC), psychologists, allied health clinicians, and peer support workers. You will be working in a service alongside other senior medical officers, and psychiatry trainees. The goals of the ACMHS is to deliver consumer-focused, contemporary and meaningful care that meets the needs of consumers across several phases of care. Our ability to provide care coordination to consumers with

varied needs is supported by the many specialist facets of our service.

Our team based model is founded on the principles of collaborative and shared decision making between the senior medical member, clinical manager and team clinicians. Our teams are headed by a clinical manager, who works closely with the psychiatrist and clinicians to co-ordinates the multidisciplinary team activities. The ESMHS has 5 teams across two sites, and your position will be to provide leadership and clinical care in one of these teams. Our Adult Community teams are also supported by close linkages with other teams and NGOs. Consumers can engage with secondary support teams such as the Keeping Body in Mind (KBIM) teams, complex physical health clinicians, rehabilitation clinicians, and Pathways to Community Living (PCLI) initiatives.

Your Clinical Duties Will Encompass

• Providing leadership, expert psychiatric evaluation, care and treatment planning in the Adult Community Mental Health Service.
• There is also opportunity to contribute to our ECT service and develop skills in this area.
• Actively participating in multidisciplinary team discussions in clinical review meetings.
• Liaising with inpatient and emergency psychiatry teams to ensure continuity of care and to facilitate transitions between areas of the service over your consumers journey.
• Providing oversight around use of the Mental Health Act in the community setting.

What you'll be doing

Sydney Children's Hospital, Randwick, part of the Sydney Children's Hospitals Network, is seeking the services of a paediatrician to provide short periods of leave relief to rural paediatricians across NSW. The "back to base" time is flexible and can be negotiated to complement the successful applicant's interests and skills and support their professional development. Just over half of the time will be spent in rural NSW, with the remainder of the time linked with the General Paediatric Department of the successful applicant's choice of one of the Children's Hospitals in NSW.

This is a 0.5 FTE temporary Staff Specialist position, for two years with the option to extend for a further two years pending performance review.

Successful applicants will provide excellent clinical services to children and their families as part of a multi-disciplinary team. About the Role

The Clinical Research Associate 2 is a member of the Clinical Operations group at Emerald Clinical. The Clinical Operations group is responsible for site management, monitoring tasks, and the operational support of clinical trials. Your Responsibilities

• Coordinate the identification, feasibility assessment, and selection of investigators and sites to undertake the trial.

• Complete all monitoring activities per the Monitoring Plan along with completing monitoring visit reports, accurately and within the predetermined timeframe.

• Prepare, plan, organize, and conduct site evaluation visits and report on these visits to assist in site selection.

• Prepare, submit, and/or liaise with regulatory specialist colleagues, regarding the preparation of regulatory packages, importation/exportation requirements, and updates of Ethics Committee packages.

• Negotiate site budgets, coordinate for site contract execution, track invoicing, and ensure timely site payments.

• Prepare, plan, organize, and conduct site initiation visits.

• Develop and maintain appropriate monitoring tools and project-specific documents.

• Motivate and train investigators to ensure that the trial site personnel have a good understanding of the protocol, investigational product, and requirements of the trial so they can fulfill their obligations to conduct the trial accurately and to deadlines. • Reconcile contents of in-house TMF and site's Investigator Site Files.

About You

• Tertiary qualifications in a related science or health care discipline.

• Previous experience in clinical trials within an academic, CRO, or pharmaceutical environment with more than 2 years' experience in on-site monitoring and site management experience is mandatory

• Experience in Renal and/or Oncology clinical trials is a plus.

Reporting to the Nugel Senior Program Manager, the Nugel Team Leader, will play a key leadership role in working with Aboriginal children and families, and Government and sector partners to strive for better outcomes for children and to build the capacity of families so that children can remain at home safely, or can be transitioned home.

Nugel implements Section 18 of the Child Youth and Families Act (CYFA) which transfers responsibility for decision making and direct work with Aboriginal children and their families from Department of Families Fairness and Housing (DFFH) Child Protection to VACCA. Key to transforming the way child protection is delivered, is implementing Nugel's unique practice approach which is based on Cultural Therapeutic Ways; a whole of agency approach that places culture at the centre and integrates this with theories of self-determination and trauma. The Team Leader is central to ensuring that this approach is delivered by staff they manage.

The Team Leader will provide supervision and leadership to a team of Case Managers, ensuring that all practice requirements are met. Qualifications

• You bring extensive experience in group life or insurance claims management, including complex cases.

• You're confident interpreting policy terms and making sound, evidence based decisions.
• You demonstrate a coaching mindset and adapt your leadership style to get the best from people.
• Your experience includes driving improvements in quality, service, and operational efficiency.
• You'll be comfortable using data, dashboards, and reporting to identify trends and insights.
• You're able to navigate ambiguity, resolve complex issues, and influence positive outcomes.
• You may hold a tertiary qualification in Business or a related discipline (desirable).
