Srmo demonstrates ability to independently assess and manage Emergency Department patients under supervision of the Senior CMO, attends ward referrals, responds to Rapid Response and Clinical Review calls, and assists as required.

They lead Code Blue responses with help from other team members and specialists, and must show sound clinical judgement, early escalation practices, and the ability to work effectively within an after-hours multidisciplinary team.
