16 Nov 0800 – 1700 Paediatric Clinic at $2750 daily rate
17 Nov 0800 – 20 Nov 0800 Paediatrics oncall at $2750 daily rate
23 Nov 0800 – 1700 Paediatric Clinic at $2750 daily rate
24 Nov 0800 – 27 Nov 0800 Paediatrics oncall at $2750 daily rate
28 Dec 0800 – 29 Dec 0800 Paediatrics oncall at $2500 daily rate
