Anglican Community Care Inc is seeking a Team Leader Residential Care Services to direct rostered staff in a community-based emergency accommodation for children and young people. The role ensures care rights and safety under duty of care while longer-term arrangements are developed.

You will provide supervision, model best practices, support therapeutic care, liaise with DoCP and ac.care colleagues, and ensure compliance, reporting and ongoing program evaluation.
