Ozcare on the Gold Coast is seeking a part-time Physiotherapist for a six-month fixed-term role in our Gold Coast Aged Care at Home branch. You will assess and treat community clients with musculoskeletal, neurological, or cardio-respiratory conditions, delivering goals-based, client-centred care in clients' homes and in the community.

You will generate home exercise programs, complete mobility assessments, liaise with case managers, and advocate holistic care including referrals to nursing, OT,
