Life Without Barriers in Hobart is seeking a Child & Family Practitioner MAPSS on a full-time, nine-month max-term contract. You will engage with young people referred to MAPSS, develop tailored Care Plans and work with care teams to achieve safety, wellbeing and educational outcomes.

You will use the Outcomes Star to capture the youth's voice, coordinate reviews and ensure plans meet policy and legal requirements while delivering high-quality, trauma-informed support across multiple cases.
