Monash Health is seeking a Senior Psychologist to join the BeWell Program across multiple sites in Victoria on an ongoing basis. The 0.7 EFT role supports the BeWell/ Psychology leadership, providing expert wellbeing input within a major health service.

You will lead evidence-based interventions for staff wellbeing, deliver Psychological First Aid, develop policies, and work flexibly to meet rapid timelines while contributing to a mentally healthy workplace.
