CatholicCare Wollongong is seeking a Registered Nurse to join a small, collaborative clinical team delivering high-quality nursing care and care coordination to aged care and NDIS participants in their homes and communities across the Illawarra region, with occasional travel to Shoalhaven.

You will conduct nursing assessments, develop care plans, mentor care workers, and coordinate services with health providers to meet changing needs.
