Department of Health Tasmania is seeking an Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) for lilinga, CHaPS' Residential Parenting Unit, to lead client-centred care, coordinate admissions and follow up, support rostering and service development, and drive quality improvements within a high performing team.

The ANUM will report to the Nurse Unit Manager and will require demonstrated clinical leadership, risk management knowledge, and excellent organisational and communication skills.
