Teachers Health in Brisbane seeks an Optical Team Leader to guide a 10-11 member team and oversee day-to-day operations of the Fortitude Valley practice on a 12 month secondment, with potential for ongoing leadership roles as our Brisbane presence grows.

The role reports to the Clinical Director - Optometry and involves hands-on leadership, rostering, member service excellence and occasional dispensing support, all based onsite, Monday to Friday.
