About the role:

Anglicare NT is seeking an experienced Clinical Lead - Primary Mental Health to join the headspace Katherine team.

You'll provide clinical leadership, supervision and operational support to clinicians while maintaining a direct clinical caseload supporting young people experiencing mild to moderate mental health challenges.

Working closely with the Centre Manager, you'll help ensure safe, effective and evidence-based service delivery across headspace Katherine, including mental health, AOD, physical and sexual health, and work and study streams.

You'll also lead recovery-focused group programs, contribute to quality improvement and support culturally safe services for Aboriginal young people and families, including through remote community outreach.

About you You'll bring:

• An approved tertiary qualification, 5 years' experience in a health-related discipline and relevant professional registration/membership.

• Postgraduate qualifications in evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as CBT and ACT.

• Demonstrated experience in clinical leadership and supervision within a multidisciplinary team.

• Experience delivering early intervention services and group programs to young people.

• A passion for youth mental health and working with young Aboriginal people and their families, including in remote settings.

• Strong understanding of recovery-focused, culturally responsive and evidence-based practice.
