ATSICHS Brisbane is seeking a dedicated Brighter Futures Case Manager to support young people transitioning from child protection in the Brisbane region. You will deliver intensive one-on-one case management, using an assertive outreach model to build independent living skills and financial capability.

You will engage clients, conduct safety assessments, maintain case notes, and collaborate with external services to activate wrap-around care, while upholding cultural safety and ATSICHS values.
