Bayside Health is offering an Aboriginal Cadetship Program for Nursing, Midwifery and Allied Health students. The cadetship runs for six months with a minimum of eight weeks (40 roster shifts) in casual capacity, providing paid shifts and flexible study-friendly placements in a hospital setting.

The program supports Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students living in Victoria, with opportunities to observe clinical procedures, assist with patient care, and build professional networks.
