Holy Cross Kincumber, Catholic Healthcare's newest 102-bed home on the Central Coast, opens December 2025. As Home Manager you will lead operations, finance and clinical governance to deliver outstanding care in a purpose-built facility.

You will report to the Regional Operations Manager and work with a senior leadership team to drive occupancy, staff development and high-quality outcomes for residents and families.
