Cafs is seeking a Strengthening & Restoring Practitioner to work with vulnerable children, young people and families in Ballarat, Victoria. This role focuses on intensive, family-centred support within the Best Interests Case Practice Framework, promoting safety, stability and positive outcomes.

You will apply trauma-informed approaches, undertake assessments, manage cases and collaborate with Child Protection, schools and community services to strengthen families and parental capacity.
