Bolton Clarke seeks a Quality & Risk Specialist to support safe, high quality care across residential aged care homes. You will work with operational and clinical teams to strengthen compliance with the Quality Management System and ACQSC/NDIS standards.

Reporting to the Quality Compliance Manager, you will conduct audits, identify gaps and drive continuous improvement while maintaining regulatory knowledge and stakeholder engagement across multiple sites.
