Estia Health is seeking a Residential Aged Care Manager to draw on a clinical background to enhance residents' wellbeing and lead a care team. Reporting into the head of the home, you'll oversee clinic operations, stock, compliance and reporting, and develop clinical care programs.

You will train staff, nurture relationships with families, and contribute to financial management of the home, strengthening governance and resident outcomes in a values-driven environment.
