Iterative Health is seeking a Senior Clinical Research Budgets Specialist to own complex site level budget negotiations across a growing domestic and international network. You will translate study requirements into accurate budgets, navigate sponsor/CRO relationships, and ensure costs are fully captured from startup to closeout.

The role requires 4-6 years of budgeting experience, strong negotiation instincts, and the ability to operate with confidence where precedent is limited, in a
