Thursday 24th September 8am to Friday 25th September 8am
Shared accommodation (own bedroom and bathroom) on site provided.
Required documents for completion: 100 points of ID checklist, Child Safe Code of Conduct, Confidentiality Compliance Statement, Provider & Prescriber Numbers, Conflict of Interest Compliance Statement.
