Estia Health in Queensland seeks a Residential Aged Care Manager (RACM) to lead clinical and operational excellence at our Mount Gravatt East home. You will draw on your nursing background to improve residents' wellbeing and build strong family partnerships.

As second in command, you will train carers and nurses, supervise the clinic from stock to compliance and reporting, develop clinical care programs, and contribute to the financial management of the home.
