Experienced Hospital Pharmacists

For experienced hospital pharmacists looking to advance their careers, opportunities are also available to join our team as a Clinical Pharmacist Registrar. This structured training position forms part of the Advanced Pharmacy Australia (AdPha) Accredited Registrar Training Program, designed to support pharmacists in developing advanced practice capabilities and progressing their professional growth.

This position is offered on a temporary full-time basis for two years. Ongoing employment opportunities may be available for suitable candidates.

The Role

To provide clinical pharmacy services across South Eastern Sydney Local Health District (SESLHD) to optimise safe and appropriate medication usage.

The position will rotate through a variety of clinical, operational (dispensary) and production teams on a rotation schedule.

SESLHD Pharmacy Services is an extended hours service across the seven-day week. The role requires the ability to participate in a seven-day week roster that includes flexible hours, on call, afterhours, weekends and public holidays.

The role will be primarily based at St George Hospital. The role may be required to work at different locations and departments within South Eastern Sydney Local Health District.
