Telehealth Physiotherapist - Post-Surgical Rehab (Remote, growing role)

Well2Wise is an Australian digital health platform built around a simple promise to patients: get seen, get better, get rewarded. Patients get fast access to physiotherapy by video, structured pre and rehab programs that get them back to what they love, and rewards for sticking with their recovery. We partner with orthopaedic surgeons to deliver physiotherapy packages to their patients, and our platform is built and in market.

We currently deliver ACL and meniscus packages for the patients of a leading Sydney orthopaedic surgeon, on both a self-funded and privately insured basis. We're now preparing to expand by bringing on more surgeons and extending into shoulder and extremity surgery.

This role could suit a physio returning to work after a career break or parental leave, or anyone looking for flexible, remote hours that fit around family or other clinical work.

• Deliver video physiotherapy consults for post-surgical knee patients (ACL reconstruction, meniscus repair) through the Well2Wise platfor
• Pick up an existing patient caseload as parental leave cover for several months from December
• Work with our senior physiotherapist on platform development, including pre and rehab protocols, exercise content, clinical workflows and feedback to our tech team
• Help build new programs as we expand into shoulder and extremity surgery
• Support surgeon engagement by communicating with surgeons and their rooms, reporting on patient progress and onboarding new surgeons as they join

10-15 hours per fortnight to start, increasing as we add surgeons and programs. The role is remote, with occasional in-person meetings in Sydney.

• $65-$75 per hour plus super, depending on experience
• Genuinely flexible, remote hours, with consults that can be scheduled around school hours, another job or other commitments
• Mentoring from an experienced senior physio if required
• Real input into the platform and new programs
• More hours and more responsibility as we scale

• Physiotherapy degree with current AHPRA registration
• 2-3+ years of musculoskeletal experience, ideally including post-operative knee or ACL rehab
• Shoulder or upper limb post-operative experience is a plus
• Comfortable delivering care by video, with Telehealth experience a plus
• A clear communicator, confident dealing with surgeons and their practice staff
• Interested in how a digital health service is built as well as in treating patients
• Self-directed and comfortable in a small, early-stage team
