As Clinical Care Coordinator, you will oversee all aspects of clinical care, including developing tailored care plans, leading a dedicated care team, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards. You will deliver hands-on nursing care such as medication management and wound care, while communicating effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals. • Bachelor of Nursing and current AHPRA registration
• Proven aged care nursing experience
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Proficiency with clinical software and Microsoft Office
• Valid Driver's License (desirable)
