Achieve Something Great The Occupational Therapy Department is seeking an experienced clinician to join our Acute Services Team at Campbelltown Hospital as part of our weekend service (Saturdays and Sundays).

The Level 3 Senior Occupational Therapist will work within the acute team to provide clinical expertise in the management of acute care patients across the acute wards providing chronic and complex care to a variety of patient caseloads; including general medical, aged care and neurology.

This position suits someone with a strong understanding of patient flow and a passion to think strategically around managing demand and long length of stay patients. This position will work alongside the senior team to provide leadership and governance to acute care services, as well as providing clinical support and supervision to Level OT's and AHA's. This role encompasses a strong multi-disciplinary focus to ensure positive patient outcomes and deliver high quality Occupational Therapy services.

Selection Criteria To help us assess your suitability for the role, please tell us as much as you can about yourself in response to the questions below.

• Recognised Degree in Occupational Therapy or other qualification deemed appropriate by the employer, with registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)


• Demonstrated advanced clinical skills and significant experience in the provision of occupational therapy services within Acute Services


• Demonstrated experience participating in the planning, implementation and evaluation of local service delivery incorporating the quality improvement process

Applicants must possess an Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1 or P2). Those who hold a C class license (P1 or P2 included) from a state other than NSW must obtain a NSW C class (P1 or P2 included) license within three months of appointment. Learner's licenses are not permitted.
