About this role

An exciting opportunity exists for a Clinical Neuropsychologist to join our rehabilitation team. The role will provide rehabilitation clinical services to patients at the Royal Talbot Rehabilitation Centre. This includes the provision of neuropsychological assessment, therapeutic intervention, behaviour support, and psychoeducation to patients with acquired brain injuries, neurological, orthopaedic, spinal and chronic health conditions. The position works closely within multidisciplinary teams to provide a high quality, evidence-based service to improve patient outcomes. The Psychology Department and Allied Health Division offer a highly engaged and supportive environment, excellent opportunities for ongoing professional development and clinical supervision. This is a full time, 40 hours per week (with ADO's) 12-month parental leave cover position. Job sharing arrangements may be considered.

About you

To be successful in thisroleyou'llbring with you:

• A Masters or Doctoral degree in ClinicalNeuropsychology, registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (Ahpra) Psychology Board of Australia (PsyBA) andarea endorsement in clinical neuropsychology.
• Ademonstrated capacity toconductspecialist neuropsychologicalevaluationsand rehabilitation interventionsin clinical populationswith complex and chronic medical conditions.
• High level interpersonal skills that promote teamworkand engagement.
• An ability towork collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams to support best-practice clinical outcomes.
• For appointment at a Grade 3 level, candidates should have a minimum of five years' clinical experience and AHPRA approved supervisor status.
