The role:
As Clinical Care Manager, you will oversee the daily clinical operations of the care home and lead a team of clinical staff. Your responsibilities include supporting and mentoring staff, managing clinical incidents, ensuring compliance with legislation, and coordinating person-centered care planning. You will work closely with allied health and medical practitioners to deliver optimal care, while also conducting clinical governance audits and overseeing medication management.
