Mind Australia Limited is seeking an experienced Social Worker for a fixed-term, full-time role in the Pakenham area to lead and facilitate targeted group programs within the Mental Health and Wellbeing Local service.

You will provide evidence-based short-term therapies, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve access to primary mental health care, and support families and carers in maintaining engagement and community living.
