Infinite Aged Care Mount Lofty seeks an experienced Clinical Care Coordinator and Nurse Mentor to join our dedicated team. This full-time role supports the General Manager and Clinical Care Manager to ensure residents receive the highest quality clinical care.

You will lead the clinical care team, develop care plans, mentor RNs, ENs and PCWs, and collaborate with GPs and allied health. The role features a Monday-Friday roster and salary packaging opportunities in a not-for-profit organisation.
