NSW Health is seeking a Senior Social Worker with expertise in bereavement, grief and loss at Hornsby Ku-ring-gai Hospital. This is a temporary part-time role (8 hours per week) until 8 July 2027, with potential for ongoing employment.

The successful candidate will join a multidisciplinary team, providing end-of-life support to patients and families, and ensuring a high standard of care in line with NSW Health policies and immunisation requirements.
