What your week looks like

• Delivering person-centred paediatric OT services that support meaningful outcomes
• Building practical strategies with children, families, carers and support networks
• Working across community, home, school and clinic settings, helping kids achieve their goals where they live, learn and play
• Developing evidence-informed intervention plans tailored to each child's needs
• Collaborating with Physiotherapists and Speech Pathologists who genuinely value your input
• Contributing to a neuro-affirming and innovative clinical culture
• Receiving supervision and mentoring that helps you develop your own clinical style, not just tick boxes
• Celebrating wins together and supporting each other through challenges

Your caseload

Varied, rewarding and genuinely interesting. You'll work with paediatric and adolescent clients across areas including:

• Autism
• Developmental delay
• Intellectual disability
• Cerebral palsy and physical disability
• Sensory processing and self-regulation
• Fine motor, play and daily living skills
