Mt Isa, QLD: ongoing dates, $187.50 per hour
Brisbane, QLD: ongoing dates, $200 per hour
Moranbah, QLD: 23 - 27 Sept, 15 - 22 Oct and 29 Oct to 05 Nov, $1500 per day
Gladstone, QLD: 29 July - 07 Aug, $1800 per day
Mandurah, WA: ongoing dates, $150 per hour
Darwin, NT: ongoing dates, $160 per hour
Woolongong, NSW: 22 July - 22 Sept, $160 per hour
